Baked Ziti
Whip up my version of this classic pasta dish! This meal is so easy to prepare and loaded with delicious flavor. This can be made ahead for a convenient go-to dinner. Make it gluten free by using brown rice penne noodles. ENJOY!
Ingredients
- 1 lb1 lb1 lb Ground Beef, Grass-fed
- 12 oz12 oz12 oz Penne Pasta
- .5.5.5 Onion, Diced
- 25 oz25 oz25 oz Original Marinara - Yo Mama’s Foods, Refined Sugar Free Marinara Sauce
- .5 tsp.5 tsp.5 tsp Garlic Powder
- .5 cup.5 cup.5 cup Sour Cream, Full-fat
- .5 cup.5 cup.5 cup Parmesan Cheese, Grated
- .5 tsp.5 tsp.5 tsp Himalayan Pink Salt
- 1.5 cups1.5 cups1.5 cups Mozzarella Cheese, Shredded

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- In a large frying pan, add the ground beef and onion. Sauté and brown on medium low heat until fully cooked and crumbled.
- While the ground beef is browning, cook the pasta in a large soup pot or dutch oven according to the instructions on the package.
- Drain the pasta, and rinse with cold water.
- Transfer the pasta back to the large pot and add the ground beef mixture and remaining ingredients with the exception of the mozzarella cheese.
- Mix until fully combined.
- Add the pasta to a medium sized baking dish.
- Top with mozzarella cheese.
- Bake at 375 until the cheese is melted and the pasta is completely warm, about 30 – 40 minutes.
