  1. Drizzle olive oil into the pan. Add all the seasonings (oregano, parsley, salt, pepper, red chili flakes)
  2. Add heavy whipping cream, milk of your choice, and stir.
  3. Add tomato paste. Stir. Add cheese. Add vegetable broth. Stir until a creamy reddish color.
  4. Put some butter in the pan. Toast the bread in the pan. Put 2 slices of any cheese of your choice. Stack the second slice of bread on top.
  5. When golden brown, remove the sandwich from the pan.
  6. Plate.
  7. Dip the grilled cheese into the creamy tomato soup, and enjoy your savory, rich, delicious brunch!
