Biscoff Overnight Protein Oats
If you're a cookie butter lover, you must try these Biscoff overnight oats! With added protein, they're delicious, nutritious and fun, and sometimes you just need a sweet breakfast that tastes like dessert!
Ingredients
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Old Fashioned Oats
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Almond Milk
- 0.666 cup0.666 cup0.666 cup Plain Greek Yogurt
- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Vanilla Protein Powder
- 1 pinch1 pinch1 pinch Salt
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
- 0.125 tsp0.125 tsp0.125 tsp Ground Cinnamon
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Hemp Hearts
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Lotus Biscoff Cookie Butter (Creamy), plus more for topping
- 2 whole2 whole2 whole Lotus Biscoff Cookies

- In a medium bowl, stir together all the ingredients except the cookies until nicely combined. Cover then place in fridge overnight or for 5 hours minimum.
- Once ready, take out of the fridge, stir well and divide into two servings. Top with crumbled Biscoff cookies and a drizzle of Biscoff cookie butter. Enjoy!
