If you're a cookie butter lover, you must try these Biscoff overnight oats! With added protein, they're delicious, nutritious and fun, and sometimes you just need a sweet breakfast that tastes like dessert!

Process

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. In a medium bowl, stir together all the ingredients except the cookies until nicely combined. Cover then place in fridge overnight or for 5 hours minimum.
  2. Once ready, take out of the fridge, stir well and divide into two servings. Top with crumbled Biscoff cookies and a drizzle of Biscoff cookie butter. Enjoy!
