Brainiac Toddler Smoothie
This is my go to smoothie when my toddler asks for one for breakfast. It gets his day started and is filled with a ton of nutrients. It’s got healthy fats, a good source protein, potassium, and more. It taste like birthday cake and he loves it!
Ingredients
- 1 whole1 whole1 whole Egg, Cooked, scrambled
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Olive Oil

- 1 whole1 whole1 whole Banana
- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Vanilla Protein Powder
- 1 oz1 oz1 oz Walnuts

- 4 - 6 fl oz4 - 6 fl oz4 - 6 fl oz Water
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Agave Nectar Syrup

- First, cook your egg in olive oil. Put the egg into your blender and drain the olive oil in there as well. Olive oil aids as a natural digestion for their tummies.
- Then add all of your other ingredients.
- Blend until creamy. Add ice and water as needed.
