Ingredients

- 1.5 cups1.5 cups1.5 cups Gruyere Cheese, shredded

- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Mayonnaise - Primal Kitchen
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Garlic, minced

- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Lemon Juice, freshly squeezed
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Stone Ground Mustard
- 1 pinch1 pinch1 pinch Salt and Pepper
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Butter, Salted, melted

- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the Canadian bacon until lightly browned. Set aside.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the mayo, garlic, lemon juice, and stone-ground mustard. Season with salt and pepper. Set aside.
- Slice the slider buns in half horizontally and place the bottom halves on a sheet pan lined with parchment paper.
- Spread a layer of the mustard aioli over the buns. Add the turkey, cooked Canadian bacon, and shredded Gruyère. Place the buns' tops back on.
- Brush the tops with melted butter and sprinkle with everything bagel seasoning.
- Bake for about 15 minutes, until the cheese is melted and the sliders are heated through.
- Serve warm and watch them disappear.
