  1. Add all of the ingredients, with the exception of the heavy cream to a crockpot.
  2. Cook on low for 7.5 hours.
  3. Shred the chicken and stir in the heavy cream.
  4. Cook on low for another 30 minutes.
  5. Enjoy!
