Ingredients
Base
- 2 pieces2 pieces2 pieces Weetabix
- 0.333 cup0.333 cup0.333 cup Vanilla Bean & Sea Salt Coconut Milk - Raw C
Yoghurt Layer
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Plain Greek Yogurt, or coconut yoghurt
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Vanilla Bean & Sea Salt Coconut Milk - Raw C
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Coconut, dessicated
Toppings
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Dark Chocolate
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Coconut, dessicated
Process
Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- In a bowl/container, combine weetbix and Raw C Vanilla & Sea Salt Coconut Milk. Flatten out base.
- In a seperate bowl, mix yoghurt, Raw C Vanilla & Sea Salt Coconut Milk and desiccated coconut until combined. Spread evenly over weetbix base.
- Melt chocolate in a microwave safe bowl in 20 second increments, until melted. Pour evenly over yoghurt layer and sprinkle with desiccated coconut.
- Refrigerate overnight (or until chocolate has hardened) and enjoy!
