Ingredients
- 2 - 3 oz2 - 3 oz2 - 3 oz Deli Ham
- 2 - 3 oz2 - 3 oz2 - 3 oz Deli Turkey
- 1 - 21 - 21 - 2 easy baked bacon (click for recipe)
- 0.5 - 1 oz0.5 - 1 oz0.5 - 1 oz Pepper Jack Cheese
- Avocado
- Tomato, Cherry

- Lettuce, Romaine
- greek yogurt "honey" mustard (click for recipe)
- Sweet Potato Chips - Jackson's, or chips, cracker, & veggies of choice

Process
Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- on a large cutting board, pile on all club ingredients except the dressing.
- using a sharp knife, chop everything together until finely diced and evenly mixed.
- transfer to a bowl or “tub,” then stir in a few spoonfuls of the greek yogurt honey mustard to coat.
- serve with chips, crackers, or veggies for scooping.
Notes
- meal-prepping: keep chopped mix & dressing separate until ready to eat.
- also great in a wrap or on my grain-free bread!
