This easy cinnamon roll apple crisp is the perfect gluten free dessert when you want something a little sweet and a little crunchy! Full of fiber, nutrients, naturally sweetened and comes together in under an hour.

  1. Preheat to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Lightly grease an 8×8 baking dish.
  3. In a large bowl, toss sliced apples with lemon juice, sugar, cinnamon
  4. Transfer evenly into the baking dish.
  5. In a small bowl, mix Michele’s Granola with melted butter or coconut oil
  6. Sprinkle the granola mixture evenly over the apples.
  7. Bake for 35–40 minutes, until apples are tender and the topping is golden and crisp.
  8. Let cool 5–10 minutes.
