Cinnamon Sugar Cookie Roasted Pumpkin Seeds
*WARNING* These are addictive! They are crunchy, sweet, and so nutritious! Very easy to make, with only a few ingredients. This is a measure with your heart kind a recipe. Put as little or as much seasoning as you want.

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Scoop the seeds from your pumpkin. Place them in a bowl of water to separate the seeds from the stringy pumpkin flesh, and then rinse in a colander.
- Spread out on a cookie sheet into a single layer as best you can
- Drizzle with olive oil
- Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar cookie blend, and toss, then sprinkle a little more on top
- Bake in a preheated 375° oven for 10 mins, then toss, and bake for another 10 mins. Make sure they are crispy.
