  1. 1. In your food processor or blender add almonds and garlic and pulse until course.
  2. 2. Add the basil and pulse a few times.
  3. 3. Squeeze the lemon juice into the food processor.
  4. 4. While the food processor is running slowly add your olive oil.
  5. 5. After everything is mixed together add the salt and pepper and mix with a spoon.

We love eating this with salmon, chicken, veggies or even spooned onto some crusty bread!   yon substitute the almonds for pine nuts or macadamia nuts.
