Dairy Free Smoothie & Gluten Free Bagel Plate
I love this simple breakfast plate for when I want both an easy source of protein and some yummy carbs.
Ingredients
For the smoothie
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Almond Milk
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Frozen Strawberries
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Frozen Blueberries
- 28 oz28 oz28 oz Chocolate Protein Powder - Be Well by Kelly

- 2 tsp2 tsp2 tsp Almond Butter

For the breakfast plate
- 0.5 whole0.5 whole0.5 whole Gluten-Free Plain Bagel - The Greater Knead
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Dairy-Free Cream Cheese - Kite Hill
- 2 pieces2 pieces2 pieces Prosciutto

- Add the almond milk to the base of your blender. Add the frozen berries, almond butter, and protein powder. Blend for 10-15 seconds or until smooth. Pour into a glass.
- Defrost the bagel according to package instructions and top with cream cheese. Serve with prosciutto on the side!

The flavor of the smoothie is flexible, and you can use either vanilla or chocolate protein powder.
