Dark Chocolate Vegan Matcha Ganache Sandwiches

Using ONLY 4 INGREDIENTS these sandwiches are filled with the healthy compounds in cacao and the power of matcha for a YUMMY BAM!
This NO BAKE treat perfect for SUMMER!Ingredients
- 5.64 oz5.64 oz5.64 oz White Chocolate, (2 Bars of Pascha White Chocolate)
- .5 cup.5 cup.5 cup Heavy Cream (Whipping Cream), Vegan
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Matcha Green Tea Powder, organic
- 2 cups2 cups2 cups Sugar-free Dark Chocolate Chips, 70% Pascha Chocolate

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Chop Pascha White Chocolate & add to a medium size bowl.
- Heat up Heavy Whipping Cream over medium heat making sure not to burn. Stir often and re-move from heat once it starts to bubble and/or smoke comes off top.
- Pour hot whipping cream over white chocolate in the bowl.
- Let sit for a minute to begin to melt and then start stirring.
- Add matcha and mix well.
- Mix well until creamy and put in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours.
- Take double boiler and add dark chocolate chips.
- Line cupcake pan and add melted chocolate to pan about 1/4 way filled.
- Place in refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to set.
- Remove disks from paper linings.
- Add Matcha Ganache to piping tool & add to one of the chocolate disks placing another on top.
- Continue until all are made into sandwiches filled with Matcha Ganache.
- Place in refrigerator for 30 minutes to set.
- Enjoy!
Notes
Th longer the ganache chills the better it will pipe. Recommend if you want a fluffy filling to refrigerate overnight.
