Ingredients

- 1/2 cup1/2 cup1/2 cup Pistachio Butter, use for nut butter
- 4 cups4 cups4 cups Cocoa Crunch Little Crispies - Seven Sundays, use for the little crispies cereal

- 222 Dark Chocolate Brownie Superfood Bar - B.T.R. Nation, use for the BTR bar

- 1/2 cup1/2 cup1/2 cup Pistachios, Raw, finely chopped, add-in

protein ‘katafi’
- 1/4 cup1/4 cup1/4 cup Coconut Oil
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Tahini
- 1/2 cup1/2 cup1/2 cup Golden Monkfruit Sweetener (with Allulose) - Lakanto

- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract

- 1/4 tsp1/4 tsp1/4 tsp Sea Salt

- 1/2 cup1/2 cup1/2 cup Matcha Collagen Peptides Powder - Further Food

- 1/2-3/4 cup1/2-3/4 cup1/2-3/4 cup Coconut Flakes, Unsweetened, shredded

- follow my instructions for making the "protein little crispies treats", making the swaps/add-ins where indicated.
- to make protein ‘katafi’, add all ingredients, except coconut flakes to a sauce pan; mix until everything is dissolved.
- remove from heat, then fold in coconut flakes.
- spread layer of protein “katafi” on top overtop little krispies.
- add dark chocolate chips to a bowl & microwave in 15-30 second intervals until chocolate is completely melted.
- spread melted dark chocolate on top, then sprinkle with crushed pistachios.
- freeze for 20-30 minutes, then cut into bars & enjoy!
