  1. Preheat oven to 400u00b0F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together gluten-free flour, baking powder, baking soda, sugar and salt.
  3. Add in melted butter and egg. Then add the milk + apple cider vinegar mixture. Stir gently until a thick dough forms.
  4. Scoop dough (about u00bc cup each) onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing biscuits about 2 inches apart.
  5. Bake for 15-16 minutes, or until the tops are lightly golden and the centers are set.
  6. Brush warm biscuits with more melted butter if desired. Serve immediately.
