Easy Pumpkin Pie Smoothie (High Protein)
This easy pumpkin pie smoothie tastes exactly like a pumpkin pie, requires just 7 ingredients, and is high in protein! it’s the perfect breakfast or snack that will keep you full. This smoothie is also naturally sweetened with banana, and loaded with flavour from the cinnamon and pumpkin pie spice. It’s the absolutely best recipe to make at the beginning of fall when the weather is still warm, but you want to enjoy all of the flavours of fall.
Ingredients
- 1 whole1 whole1 whole Banana
- 0.5 tsp0.5 tsp0.5 tsp Ground Cinnamon
- 0.25 tsp0.25 tsp0.25 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
- 5 Tbsp5 Tbsp5 Tbsp Vegan Protein Powder, about 1 scoop, I used vanilla flavour
- 0.333 cup0.333 cup0.333 cup Pumpkin Purée, I use E.D.SMITH Pure Pumpkin Purée
- 1.25 cup1.25 cup1.25 cup Organic Oat Milk, or milk of choice
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Organic Creamy Peanut Butter, or nut/seed butter of choice
