Gluten-Free Blueberry Brie Bites

Ingredients
- 1 whole1 whole1 whole Gluten-Free Puff Pastry, thawed, I used Sweet Loren's Gluten-Free Puff Pastry: One package
- 12 pieces12 pieces12 pieces Brie Cheese
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Blueberry Preserves, I used Wild Blueberry Jam
Process
Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Preheat your oven to 425F
- Prepare the Puff Pastry: Roll out the thawed gluten-free puff pastry on a lightly floured surface. Using a sharp knife or pizza cutter, cut the pastry into small squares, approximately 3inches.
- Spray a mini muffin pan with nonstick spray. Place one pastry square into each cup, gently pressing it down to create a well for the filling.
- Add a small spoonful of wild blueberry spread into the center of each pastry square. Top with a cube of brie cheese.
- Bake to Perfection: Place the muffin pan in the preheated oven and bake for 5-8 minutes, or until the pastry is golden and puffed and the brie has melted.
- Cool and Serve: Allow the bites to cool slightly before removing them from the pan. Serve warm for the best flavor and texture.
