  • 4 Eggs
  • .5 cup Coconut Sugar, Sugar (Sub or sweetener of choice)
  • .25 tsp Salt
  • 6 Tbsp GF 1:1 Flour (I used King Arthur Measure for Measure)
  • 4 Tbsp Coconut Oil
  • 1 cup Chocolate Chips (Use Enjoy Life for dairy-free)

Process

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. Preheat oven to 400u00b0. Grease ramekins. Optional: sprinkle each greased ramekin with a little sugar and dust with cocoa powder.
  2. Whisk eggs, sugar and salt in a large bowl.
  3. Melt chocolate chips and coconut oil together in a microwave safe bowl. 20-30 second intervals, stirring in between until smooth.
  4. Pour melted chocolate chips into the eggs mixture.
  5. Whisk in the flour until you have a brownie batter consistancy.
  6. Pour batter dividing evenly into the prepared ramekins. Bake for 10-12 minutes, watching closely not to overcook. The edges should be set and come out clean with a toothpick, but the centers will still look soft and gooey.
  7. Remove from the ramekins and serve immediately with fresh fruit, and/or ice cream.
