Gluten Free Pecan Chocolate Chip Cookies
These taste like the perfect fall cookie!

- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Salt

- 0.75 tsp0.75 tsp0.75 tsp Baking Soda
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Organic Grass Fed Ghee - Spring Sunrise, Softened, butter will work too

- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Pure Maple Syrup
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Pure Vanilla Extract

- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Organic Sprouted Pecans - Lark Ellen Farm

- 0.75 cup0.75 cup0.75 cup Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Preheat oven to 350°
- Mix all ingredients except pecans and chocolate chips
- Once the dough is well combined, add the pecans and the chocolate chips and mix
- Roll into 1.5-inch balls (I used a cookie scooper) and place on a baking sheet
- Bake for 8-10 mins
