High protein smashed avocado cottage cheese toast is a creamy version for mornings when you want avocado toast to eat like a spread. - .5 tsp.5 tsp.5 tsp Everything Bagel Seasoning

- .125 tsp.125 tsp.125 tsp Salt

- .125 tsp.125 tsp.125 tsp Black Pepper

- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Lemon Juice, (optional, helps keep avocado bright)

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Make the keto cottage cheese mug bread. Slice it in half to make 2 slices. Optional: lightly toast.
- Spread half of the cottage cheese on each slice.
- In a small bowl, smash the avocado with a fork. Mix in salt and lemon juice (optional).
- Spoon the crushed avocado over the cottage cheese.
- Sprinkle with everything bagel seasoning (optional) and serve.
