Homemade Orange Juice Gummies
These are so simple, yet so good, all while providing a source of protein and nutrients that support joint, bone, skin, and digestive health!
Ingredients
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Orange Juice
- 3 Tbsp3 Tbsp3 Tbsp Unflavored Gelatin, Beef

- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Pure Maple Syrup, 1/8-1/4 depending how sweet you want them

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Pour half the juice into a bowl and the other half into a saucepan
- Sprinkle gelatin over the top of the juice in the bowl
- Stir the gelatin a little and let it sit
- Add the maple syrup to the saucepan and heat the juice and syrup just until warm
- Add the mixture slowly to the gelatin and whisk until combined
- Pour into silicone mold trays or a parchment-lined or greased baking dish
- Put in fridge until set (about an hour)
- Enjoy!
