- If using a prepared graham cracker crust, place it on a baking sheet and set aside. If using a homemade crust, prepare and pre-bake according to your recipe; allow it to cool completely.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the sweetened condensed milk, sour cream, and lime juice. Whisk or mix on low speed until smooth, thick, and fully blended.
- If desired, add 1–2 drops of green food coloring and mix gently until evenly incorporated.
- Fold in fresh lime zest to taste for added brightness and flavor.
