Maple Glazed Pumpkin Donuts
These incredible maple glazed pumpkin donuts are baked, not fried, and loaded with real pumpkin puree and warm fall spices. Perfect for autumn mornings and ready in just 25 minutes!
Process

- Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C) and grease a donut pan.
- In a medium bowl, combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, pumpkin pie spice, and salt.
- In a large bowl, mix sugar, pumpkin puree, eggs, vanilla, vegetable oil, and buttermilk until fully combined.
- Fold dry ingredients into wet until just combined. Do not overmix.
- Pipe batter into donut pan using a piping bag.
- Bake 9-11 minutes until tops bounce back or toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool in pan 5-10 minutes, then invert onto wire rack and cool completely.
- Mix powdered sugar, maple syrup, maple extract, and cream for glaze.
- Adjust glaze thickness and flavor as needed.
- Dip cooled donuts in glaze, place on wire rack to drip, add sprinkles if desired.
