Maple & Olive Oil Granola
Crunchy and yummy granola made with olive oil, maple syrup, oats, nuts, and seeds. Perfect for breakfast but also makes a great hostess gift.
Ingredients
- 1.5 cups1.5 cups1.5 cups Oats, Rolled
- .5 cup.5 cup.5 cup Pecans, Chopped, raw, Chopped

- .5 cup.5 cup.5 cup Pumpkin Seeds, raw and hulled

- .5 cup.5 cup.5 cup Sunflower Seeds, raw and hulled
- .5 cup.5 cup.5 cup Coconut, Unsweetened Chips
- .25 cup.25 cup.25 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil

- .25 cup.25 cup.25 cup Pure Maple Syrup, +2 tbsp
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Light Brown Sugar
- .5 tsp.5 tsp.5 tsp Cinnamon, Ceylon

- .25 tsp.25 tsp.25 tsp Salt

- .5 tsp.5 tsp.5 tsp Sea Salt, Flaky (Optional)

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Pre-heat oven to 325°F..
- In a large bowl add the oats, nuts, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, coconut, light brown sugar, cinnamon, 1/4 cup +2 Tbsp maple syrup, salt and olive oil. Mix until combined.
- Pour in an even layer onto a parchment lined or greased rimmed baking sheet.
- Bake stirring every 10 minutes for about 20-25 minutes or until it's lightly toasted.
- Once it's cooled lightly sprinkle with sea sal flakes.
Notes
Store in an air tight container up to 1 month.
