This steak will melt in your mouth!  The marinade is outstanding.  Topped with a fresh chimichurri and the entire meal is complete perfection.  ENJOY!

Process

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. CHIMICHURRI ASSEMBLY~
  2. Add all of the ingredients to a food processer.
  3. Process until smooth and fully combined.
  4. STEAK ASSEMBLY~
  5. In a medium sized mixing bowl combine all ingredients and mix well.
  6. Marinate steak, preferably for at least 24 hours.
  7. Preheat grill on high heat, roughly 550° Fahrenheit.
  8. Place the steaks on the grill for 4 minutes, flipping only once, then grill for an additional 3 minutes on the other side for a medium rare steak.
  9. Adjust cooking time based on personal preference.
  10. Set aside for 10 minutes to let the steaks collect their juices. Do not cover.
  11. Thinly slice and serve.
  12. Serve the chimichurri on top of the sliced steak.
  13. ENJOY!
