Mediterranean Stuffed Bell Peppers with Tzatziki
Stuffed bell peppers are such an easy and quick dinner meal that is full of flavor. These have a Mediterranean flare that you will love!
Ingredients
- 4 whole4 whole4 whole Bell Pepper
- 1 lb1 lb1 lb 85% Lean Ground Beef - US Wellness Meats, or meat of choice
- 1 whole1 whole1 whole Red Onion, small, diced
- 4 cloves4 cloves4 cloves Garlic, minced
- .5 tsp.5 tsp.5 tsp Za'atar, or oregano
- .25 tsp.25 tsp.25 tsp Red Pepper Flakes, crushed
- .25 tsp.25 tsp.25 tsp Turmeric
- .25 tsp.25 tsp.25 tsp Salt
- .25 tsp.25 tsp.25 tsp Black Pepper

Process
Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit
- In a pan over medium heat, saute the onion and garlic for 2-3 minutes
- Add the meat and seasonings, brown but don't fully cook
- In a baking dish, add the peppers. Then, fill with the meat
- Bake for 25 minutes
- Top with tzatziki and enjoy!
