- 1. Wash the octopuses thoroughly, boil them in salted water for 2-3 minutes, and transfer them to a plate.
- 2. Slice two large potatoes. Season with salt and pepper. Fry for 5-7 minutes until golden brown. Turn them over, sprinkle with a little oregano and grated Parmesan cheese, and remove from the pan.
- 3. Now, in the same pan you used to fry the potatoes, add a diced onion and sauté for 5 minutes. Then season with black and red chili powder, soy sauce, and garlic.
- 4. Add the octopus and fry for 3 minutes. Done!
