Our sprouted nut and seed line has everything you need to make AMAZING everything in your kitchen! We want to start off by sharing our fav cashew nacho cheese recipe! Its amazing on nachos, tacos, as a dip, on salad... if you can dream it up, you can have it all.

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. Soak the cashews: If you don't have a high speed blender, its best to soak your cashews for at least 4-5 hours. If you do have a high speed blender you can skip soaking or soak for an hour!
  2. Blend: In a high powered blender, add the cashews, lemon juice and zest, 3 cups of the water, nutritional yeast, smoked paprika, garlic, onion powder, chili powder, and the salt.
  3. Add turmeric to make the cheese more yellow/orange
  4. Warm: In a medium saucepan, add the cheese sauce from the blender. Using a whisk, warm over medium heat, whisking constantly, until it begins to bubble and thicken. This is the best part about cooking, its like being in Hocus Pocus! Add the last cup of water, depending on how thick or thin you want the sauce to be. You can add your Sriracha now if you want a little extra heat! Then dip, spread, devour
