Peanut butter oat cups
I make this when I want something sweet but don’t want to ruin my progress.
Creamy peanut butter and chocolate is the perfect combo!
Ingredients
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Creamy Peanut Butter

- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Gluten-Free Rolled Oats
- 3 tsp3 tsp3 tsp Almond Flour

- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Organic Pure Vermont Maple Syrup - Mount Mansfield Maple Products, Or honey

- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Sugar-Free Dark Chocolate Chips

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- 1. Start by mixing all the ingredients except the chocolate in a bowl until it forms a creamy dough.
- 2. Melt your chocolate.
- 3. Add your dough into silicone molds (you can also roll into a ball)
- 4. Drizzle the melted chocolate on top of the dough.
- 5. Tap the molds to make sure everything is settled.
- 6. Placing the fridge for 30 minutes to let set before enjoying.
Notes
I like the keep these in the fridge as a healthy treat! you can also use crunchy peanut butter or any nut butter of your choice!
