Pistachio Energy Bites
These healthy, no bake energy bites are the ultimate snack or dessert! You only need a handful of ingredients, mainly from Nutterie, to make this healthy treat.
Ingredients
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Oats, Rolled
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Nutterie Pistachique Mix, a mixture of pitted dates, pistachios, sliced almonds, shredded coconut, and pecans
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Chia Seeds
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Hemp Hearts
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Creamy Peanut Butter

- 0.333 cup0.333 cup0.333 cup Honey, or maple syrup

- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Dark Chocolate, chocolate chips

- 1 pinch1 pinch1 pinch Salt, flaky salt, to top

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- To a bowl, add all ingredients except chocolate and salt to a bowl. Mix until well combined.
- Use a tablespoon to scoop the energy bite mixture and roll into balls.
- Place on a lined baking tray, and let set in the freezer for 15-20 minutes.
- Create a double-boiler over the stove and melt your chocolate until smooth.
- Remove energy balls from the freezer, drizzle melted chocolate over bites and top with flaky salt.
- Place back in the freezer to set for another 10 minutes before enjoying.
Notes
How to store: Place energy bites in the fridge for up to two weeks.
