Pizza Bites
These easy to make pizza bites are exactly what your picky toddler needs. They’re perfect for a throw together lunch or dinner, especially on the days you need something easy. I used has browns that are made with veggies just to give my kids a bit more nutrients!
Ingredients
- 2 - 4 whole2 - 4 whole2 - 4 whole Frozen Hash Browns, I used Cauliflower ones
- 0.333 cup0.333 cup0.333 cup Cottage Cheese
- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Pizza Sauce

- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Mozzarella Cheese, Shredded
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil

- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Basil, Dried

- Place your hash browns on a piece of parchment paper.
- Top with cottage cheese, then pizza sauce and then shredded cheese. Place in an air fryer for 8-10 minutes at 350 degrees. Be sure the hash browns are cooked on the bottom before removing.
- Drizzle in olive oil and sprinkle basil on top.
- Let them enjoy!
