- 150 grams150 grams150 grams Cheddar Cheese

- 100 grams100 grams100 grams Paprika

- 50 grams50 grams50 grams Black Olives

- 100 grams100 grams100 grams Chicken Sausage

- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and arrange the bread slices in a single layer.
- In a small bowl, combine the tomato paste with salt, pepper, oregano, and basil. Optionally, add a little water or olive oil to make the sauce smoother.
- Spread each slice of bread with tomato sauce. Top with slices of sausage, bell pepper, olives, and then sprinkle with grated cheese.
- Preheat the oven to 180–200°C and bake for 10–15 minutes, until the cheese is completely melted and lightly browned.
