Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. Heat the pan, add vegetable oil, butter, and a diced onion. Fry for 5 minutes.
  2. Add the pre-washed and cooked porcini mushrooms to the pan and fry for 15 minutes. See instructions also in the photos
  3. Add salt and pepper, along with a pinch of nutmeg, cover, and fry for another 5 minutes.
  4. Add flour and cream and mix.
  5. Transfer from the pan to deep plates, sprinkle with grated cheese, and bake in the oven for 5 minutes.
