This smoothie is packed with all kinds of nutrients. I premade this and froze them into cubes so that I could make them for the kids when they ask. This one was delicious and has a ton of healthy nutrients in them! We loved it!

  1. In a blender, add all of your ingredients and blend until creamy.
  2. Pour smoothie into little square molds and place in the freezer. Once they’ve hardened, store in an air tight container.
  3. Add the smoothie cubes to your cup with water and shake until it’s blended or add the cubes back to a blender to make a creamy smoothie!
