Ricotta Toast
Wake up to this delicious toast for breakfast. Easy to make and absolutely satisfying.
Ingredients

- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Heavy Whipping Cream
- 2 oz2 oz2 oz Cream Cheese, Full Fat
- 0.125 tsp0.125 tsp0.125 tsp Kosher Salt

- 0.125 tsp0.125 tsp0.125 tsp Black Pepper

- 1.5 Tbsp1.5 Tbsp1.5 Tbsp Chives, finely chopped, reserve 1/2 for garnish
- 4 pieces4 pieces4 pieces Sourdough Bread, slices about 1/2 '' thick
- 1 whole1 whole1 whole Kumato Tomato

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- In a food processor combine ricotta, cream cheese, heavy whipping cream, salt, pepper and pulse until smooth. Taste for seasoning and adjust accordingly. Add 1 TBSP of chives to cheese mix and give it a good stir.
- Toast slices of sourdough and spread the ricotta mix liberally onto the pieces of bread.
- Cut the tomato into equal slices of your 1/4'' inch and layer on top the ricotta mix. Sprinkle the remainder of chives on the toast. Optional finish with a sprinkle of salt and pepper. Enjoy!
