Samoas Coconut Cookies
These caramel coconut cookies will become a favorite with the caramel from the dates, smooth rich chocolate and nutty cookie, making them the best homemade samoas.
Ingredients
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Gluten Free Rolled Oats
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Coconut Flakes, unsweetened
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Medjool Dates
- 1.5 cup1.5 cup1.5 cup Almond Flour
- 1.5 cup1.5 cup1.5 cup Maple Syrup, Pure
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Salt

- Prepare the cookie base
