Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. Start off by washing the rapini well.
  2. Cut off the ends.
  3. Bring your water to to a boil.
  4. Blanch your rapini for 2-3 mins just to soften it.
  5. Dry really well and either do this ahead of time or start sautéing it up.
  6. In a pan on medium heat add an olive oil.
  7. Then once it get hot, reduce to medium low.
  8. Add 1 tsp or more of red pepper flakes and let it infuse with the oil (Optional).
  9. Add 3 -5 cloves of garlic and cook for 2-3 mins.
  10. Add your rapini in, salt because it magic and black pepper.
  11. Add 1 tbs of butter melt it and toss your rapini in it.
  12. Plate and pour over that residual sauce.
