- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Salt

- .5 tsp.5 tsp.5 tsp Baking Soda
- 3 cups3 cups3 cups Almond Flour

- .5 cup.5 cup.5 cup Dark Chocolate Chips

- Preheat your oven to 350° convection and line your tray with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, combine the butter, syrup, vanilla, egg, salt, baking soda and almond flour, whisky to combine. Add the chocolate chips and walnuts, stirring to incorporate.
- Let the dough rest for 5-10 mins before scooping. This allows the flour to soak up some of the moisture.
- Scoop onto a baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes. Store in a container to maintain softness!
