- First, place the peppers in the oven for 20 minutes.

- Fry the onion in vegetable oil for 5 minutes.

- Add the diced carrots and fry with the onion for another 5 minutes, then add the greens.

- Add the bulgur, spices, salt, pepper, coriander, and 300g water. Simmer with the lid on for 15 minutes over medium heat.
