Tater Tot Potato Skin Bites
Easy and delicious game day snack! Can easily be made for a crowd or a few people!
Ingredients
- 24 pieces24 pieces24 pieces Tater Tots, Frozen
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Cheddar Cheese, Shredded
- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Bacon Bits, Or 3 bacon slices crumbled
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Ranch Dressing, Or sour cream
- 2 pieces2 pieces2 pieces Green Onion (Scallion), Chopped

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Spray a mini muffin pan with avocado oil or olive oil. Place 2 tater tots in each muffin tray. Bake in a 375 degree oven for 10 minutes. Remove from the oven. Take a shot glass and press firmly onto the tater tots. This will create the cup shape. Tape with cheddar cheese and bacon bits. Place the tray back in the oven for 5-7 minutes. Using a knife or spatula run around the edge of the muffin tray to help loosen the tater tots from the tray.
- Place on a serving tray. Dollop with either ranch dressing or sour cream. Top with green onion slices and enjoy!
Notes
You can easily make these in a regular muffin tray. You will need to use 3-4 tater tots and bake for an addition 5 min.
