  1. Hard-boil the eggs. bring water to a boil, add your eggs and let boil for 10 minutes.
  2. Let cool the peel.
  3. Slice eggs in half lengthwise and gently remove yolks into a bowl.
  4. Make the filling: mash yolks until smooth. Stir in yogurt, milk, tamari, seasoning, and Dijon until creamy.
  5. Fold in 2 tbsp of the chopped bacon, saving a little for topping.
  6. Fill & finish
Spoon or pipe filling back into egg whites.
  7. 
Sprinkle with remaining bacon, a pinch of seasoning, and chives.
