- To prepare:
- -combine wet ingredients in a large bowl.
- - add dry ingredients and mix well.
- - fold in apples and raisins.
- - add mixture to a parchment lined loaf pan.
- - mix topping ingredients together and lightly pack ontop of batter.
- - bake on top rack of oven at 350 for 45 minutes.
- - allow to fully cool.
- - slice and serve with melted almond butter.
