Vegan Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies
Make this Nut-Free by using your favorite seed butter instead.
Ingredients
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Peanut Butter, or nut or seed butter of choice
- 3 Tbsp3 Tbsp3 Tbsp Almond Milk, or milk alternative
- 1/2 cup1/2 cup1/2 cup Cane Sugar
- 1/2 cup1/2 cup1/2 cup Gluten Free Flour
- 1/2 tsp1/2 tsp1/2 tsp Baking Soda
- pinch pinch pinch Salt
- 1/2 tsp1/2 tsp1/2 tsp Ground Cinnamon
- 1/2 cup1/2 cup1/2 cup Dark Chocolate Chips, (or Pascha Chocolate Chips of choice)

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Mix all of the above ingredients together in a mixing bowl.
- Drop by spoonful onto a baking tray. Makes 12 cookies.
- Use a fork to press down into cookie shape.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until lightly browned on the edges.
- Move from oven and allow to cool. Enjoy!
