We also offer a special workspace on Slack for all FoodSocial creators and brands to facilitate easy communication. And finally, all creators and brands are encouraged to attend quarterly Town Halls, which give everyone a chance to provide input on current and future development projects.

FoodSocial is creator-run, which means that the platform development and decision making process is always guided with creator input. We give creators a seat at the table and a chance to earn equity in FoodSocial. While that type of participation is welcomed, it is not required.

How it works
When we explain it in the most basic terms, it seems incredibly simple: Brand products become ingredients in the FoodSocial database. Those products (ingredients) can then be specified in recipes by Creators on the platform in their recipes. Just as importantly, those products are also automatically matched up with 2400+ existing recipes.
There are several membership tiers for brands, increasing the exposure level for the brand across the platform and social media beyond.
The majority of net proceeds from brands (up to 90%) are redistributed to Creators to help compensate them for the recipes they post to FoodSocial.
