Hi! I'm Matt Weinstein, AKA Glass of Weinstein. I'm a dedicated gluten free cook and content creator based out of NYC. I'm unapologetically queer, Jewish, and celiac. I was diagnosed with Celiac Disease October of 2014. My mission is to break the stigma that gluten free foods aren't delicious and accessible, and to fight for equity within the gluten free community to make sure all people can get the diagnosis they need to live a healthier and happier life.
