I'm just your average mom who likes to cook, I love to blend healthy and delicious. I want to make food that makes you feel good inside and out. Kind of an Ina Garten meets nutritionist kinda vibe. Cooking makes me think back to my mother when I was little. After losing her at a young age, many of the memories that remain of her include her delicious cooking. Every time I make a homemade masterpiece I think of her. Please enjoy with little to no-judgement, my wonderful world of cooking.
