Pooja Parikh began exploring the relationship between food and health in 2012, when her doctor suggested that food intolerances could be contributing to her auto-inflammatory issues. Since then, she's found passion in simple cooking, coaxing flavor out of food, and nourishing the people she loves through delicious food. She created AIPooja as a place to share anti-inflammatory recipes, as well as a safe space for those with physical and mental health challenges. She hopes her recipes can help make healthful cooking more approachable, flavorful, and fun!
