Stuffed Cookies
These 5 ingredient Chocolate Peanut Butter Stuffed Cookies use a cleaner boxed cookie mix to save time + mini peanut butter cups with simple ingredients that combine into the most crave worthy dessert.
When we were dating, I won over my now-husband with these cookies… they’re that good. 😉

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Preheat oven to 350F. Follow the instructions on the boxed cookie mix to create your batter.
- Roll cookie dough into balls and place in the silicone mini muffin tins.
- Place tin in oven and bake for 10 minutes, making sure to under-bake the cookie just a bit (otherwise it becomes too crunchy). While the cookies are baking, unwrap each of your mini peanut butter cups.
- Once the pan comes out of the oven, immediately insert mini peanut butter cups in the center of each cookie, pressing down.
- Put tray in fridge or freezer until chocolate hardens (the peanut butter cups will immediately start to melt once it touches the hot cookie dough).
- Once cool, pop your stuffed cookies out of the trays and serve. Enjoy!
