Dole Whip Protein Coffee

Ingredients
- 1 whole1 whole1 whole Banana, Sliced and frozen at least 4 hours prior to use
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Pineapple, Fresh or canned pineapple chunks, frozen at least 4 hours prior to use
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Vanilla Protein Powder, Can also use vanilla collagen peptides
- 0.75 cup0.75 cup0.75 cup Pineapple Juice
- 1.5 tsp1.5 tsp1.5 tsp Instant Coffee, Or instant espresso powder
Process
Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Add ingredients, in order listed above, to blender. Cover blender and combine until thick and smooth.
- Pour into chilled glass. Serve immediately. Makes 1 large serving.
