- Add peanut butter, coconut oil, maple syrup, and vanilla extract to a pot on low heat and mix until smooth.
- Add protein powder and rice krispies.
- Mix until smooth and evenly coated.
- Start melting chocolate in 30 second intervals.
- Line an 8x8 pan with parchment paper and spread mixture using a spatula.
- Pour melted chocolate over the peanut butter mixture.
- Sprinkle sea salt on top.
- Cool/refrigerate until hardened.
- Serve!
